Lee Admiraal is the Executive Vice President of Synergi, a leading turnkey project expert in handrail, decorative glass, and metal elements.
Prior to starting his career, Lee Admiraal studied Accounting and Finance at CEGEP – John Abbott College. He joined Synergi shortly afterward as a Project Manager. Since 2008, Lee has served as a passionate member of the Synergi team in increasingly executive roles. He worked his way up from Project Manager to Project Director, and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2015.

Over the years Synergi has received numerous accolades and awards for its exceptional services, including ranking amongst the Top 50 U.S. Glaziers and the Top 50 U.S. Metal Companies. The company has established itself as a trustworthy and high-quality leader when it comes to complex, multifaceted projects. Synergi has carved out its niche in the industry unlike just about any other — and 1,000+ project deliveries prove an all-encompassing scope of expertise.

As Executive Vice President of Synergi, Lee Admiraal is a key figure in overseeing and streamlining company operations. He is able to carry out high-level management while simultaneously thinking about new ways to innovate and build from the ground up — all so that Synergi can continue to “create something that’s more than the sum of its parts.”

Lee believes that continued learning is crucial for professional and personal growth. Most recently, in 2012-2013, he completed over a dozen courses to earn a Certificate [Merit] in Advanced Business Management, Business Administration and Management via UBT Corporate Learning.

The benefits of these courses were twofold. Lee’s new education equipped him to more confidently meet the various exciting challenges posed to him in his role as Project Director. It also helped him strive for new heights as a professional within the company, which culminated in his promotion to Executive Vice President.

Outside of institutional learning, Lee also enjoys reading the latest industry news and discussions so that he can stay well-informed. He is particularly passionate about keeping up with the changing landscape of the retail shopping center property market, in which he specializes. Lee Admiraal is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ISC), the global trade association of the shopping center industry. He regularly attends the organization’s events.
